Hellboy II – The golden Army

When Hellboy was in the cinemas in 2004 it became one of my favourite movies, so it was clear that I would definitely watch a possible sequel and now finally the time came to do so.

The second comic-adaption about the a little different red super hero ties in temporally with the first one, but not really as regards content. The professor is gone and “Red” now has not only do deal with evil creatures from hell but also with certain premarital disputes…

Altogether the movie was just like the first part entertaining and amusing, even humour did not miss out:

Hellboy hatte mir damals extrem gut gefallen, daher war es klar, dass ich mir eine etwaige Fortsetzung auf jeden Fall ansehen würde.

Die zweite Comic-Adaption über den etwas anderen roten Superhelden knüpft zwar zeitlich, aber nicht inhaltlich an den ersten Teil an. “Red” hat nun nicht nur mit bösartigen Kreaturen aus der Hölle zu kämpfen, sondern auch mit gewissen vorehelichen Streitigkeiten…

Insgesamt war der Film wie der erste Teil sehr unterhaltsam und kurzweilig, auch der Humor kam nicht zu kurz:
